Marty and Greg,

     I want to personally thank both of you for doing such a fantastic job on our new cabin.  As you know, we had not planned on building a new cabin until fire destroyed our previous cabin.  That fire was a very traumatic event for us not only due to the loss of many personal items but also due to the financial and time commitments required to rebuild.  After meeting with three other local builders, we chose T.G. Demille Construction because (a) you came highly recommended by people in Duck Creek that we respect, (b) your prices were very competitive and fair, (c) you promised to demo the old cabin and start construction of the new cabin quickly, and (d) most importantly, we felt comfortable with the two of you and, as a result, thought that we would get the personal service and attention that we believed we needed to make the project a success.

     You exceeded all of our expectations.  You performed as promised, working quickly, while still taking care in your work to build a quality product.  Throughout the entire process, both of you were easily accessible, very responsive, and a pleasure to deal with.  Those are rare qualities in today's world, so thank you.  Our cabin is beautiful, and we look forward to enjoying it for many years.  Please feel free to publish this letter on your website and to refer people to my cell phone if they have any questions about our very positive experience with T.G.
